Homesteading is our family passion project that is filled with unique and engaging experiences. Our passions, that go hand in hand with homesteading, are spending time together as a family, traveling, gardening, cooking, baking, sourdough baking (yes, they are three different things), raising animals, history, genealogy, diy projects, photography, organization, decluttering (yes, those are also 2 different things), and planning… along with a million other things. This is one of my kids’ favorite spring desserts. We usually go to a local farm to pick fresh strawberries, because we don’t yet produce enough of our own.
This isn’t exactly going to be a recipe, so much as a link to my angel food cake, strawberry sauce and whipped cream recipes that we use to make strawberry shortcake.
