White Chili

I’ve been making this for years. My kids love it, so I always make enough to freeze half for a future meal. We serve it with cornbread.
White Chili

3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1 1/2 c homemade chicken broth
1 1/2 c salsa
4 c each: Northern, Cannellini and Navy beans
(Can make from dried or use 2 15oz cans of
each)
1 lb. Pepper Jack, shredded
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in large crockpot. Cover; cook on low 4 hours.
Add cheese; cook another 30 minutes.
Yields: 8 servings
⭐️ Can double, using 2 large crockpots, if you want to freeze half.
