Shrimp & Pappardelle


Shrimp, raw, deveined, no tails

1/8 c Lemon juice

1/4 c Seafood seasoning (I make my own)

1/4 c Lemon juice

Pappardelle nests

12 oz whipped cream cheese

1/4 c Olive Garden Italian dressing

1/4 c seafood seasoning

8 oz shredded Parmesan 

2 T grated Parmesan 


  • Sauté shrimp, sprinkle with seafood seasoning and lemon juice. Let cook until just pink. 

  • Boil water and lemon juice in same pan you cooked shrimp in. When at a rolling boil, gently lower nests in, one at a time, with a skimming ladle. When water comes back to a boil, turn to medium. Cook noodles to just before your desired doneness. 

  • Drain water from noodles. Add in all remaining ingredients. Cook until cheeses are melted and mixture is well blended. Add shrimp to noodles; toss and serve.
