Shrimp & Pappardelle
Shrimp, raw, deveined, no tails
1/8 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Seafood seasoning (I make my own)
1/4 c Lemon juice
Pappardelle nests
12 oz whipped cream cheese
1/4 c Olive Garden Italian dressing
1/4 c seafood seasoning
8 oz shredded Parmesan
2 T grated Parmesan
Sauté shrimp, sprinkle with seafood seasoning and lemon juice. Let cook until just pink.
Boil water and lemon juice in same pan you cooked shrimp in. When at a rolling boil, gently lower nests in, one at a time, with a skimming ladle. When water comes back to a boil, turn to medium. Cook noodles to just before your desired doneness.
Drain water from noodles. Add in all remaining ingredients. Cook until cheeses are melted and mixture is well blended. Add shrimp to noodles; toss and serve.
