One of my best friends…. The crockpot. So many possibilities.
You can make soups, stews, pot roasts, “rotisserie” style chicken, casseroles; it’s truly the all around all-star in the kitchen.
You can do “dump” recipes, seafood, chicken, beef, pork, baked beans for a potluck. The possibilities are almost endless.
It can be a real dinner saver. Fill the crock after dinner, cover and put it in the refrigerator and pop it in the next morning and turn it on. Dinner should be ready that evening.
Today’s use… seafood bisque. Will update later.
