Lemon Extract
Zest from 4 lemons
12 oz vodka
Put both ingredients in an airtight jar.
Place in paper bag. Leave in a cool, dark place and shake every few days.
After a month, pour through a sieve.
If desired, you can funnel into smaller jars.
This makes great gifts.
