Add everything, except pork loin, into mixing bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
Rub mixture onto entire surface of pork loin, making sure to cover fat side last, because you want that side sticking up when you put this in your air fryer. The oven I use has an air fryer in it, so I put my loin on a frying basket, with a baking sheet underneath to catch the drippings.
Turn air fryer to 400° and cook for about 20 minutes. The internal temperature of your pork loin needs to be 145° to be completely cooked, and still moist inside.
Remove pork loin to platter and let rest about 10 mins before slicing.
