In our trek to “ditch the bottle,” we have stopped buying Ranch dressing, and now make our own.
I use fresh herbs out of my garden, and I make my own garlic and onion powder (will post later).

Ranch Dressing
Serving Size : 12
Prep time: 15 minutes
1 c mayo
1 c sour cream
2 tsp minced onion
¼ tsp cayenne
4 tsp fresh parsley
2 tsp fresh dill
1 tsp fresh chives
4 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
2 T lemon juice, fresh squeezed
lg clove garlic, finely pressed
1/2 c buttermilk
Prep work:
-take herbs off stems, chop
-press garlic twice
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until thoroughly blended. Add up to ¼ c buttermilk, if needed to reach desired consistency.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, to allow flavors to meld. Shake well before each use.
