Dill Snack Mix

1 box (12 oz) Cheez-its

1 box (12 oz) Wheat Thins

1 bag (16 oz) mini pretzel sticks or twists

1 pkg Ranch party dip mix, NOT salad dressing

mix

3 T dill weed

3/4 c oil

• In a huge bowl, combine the crackers and pretzels.

• Mix together the Ranch party dip mix, dill weed and oil.

• Pour oil mixture over cracker mixture. Mix well with your hands, about 5 minutes.

• Divide the mixture into 2 batches.

• Microwave each batch, uncovered:

  1 minute, stir

  1 more minute, stir

  30 seconds, stir

• Cover and store in an airtight container. Keeps for weeks, but in this house, it won’t last that long.
