Homesteading is our family passion project that is filled with unique and engaging experiences. Southern Green Beans
2 quarts canned green beans, with juice
(or 5-6 store bought cans)
1/2 ham hock
2 T minced onions
2 T minced garlic
1/4 c bacon grease
2 T bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
• Put all ingredients in crockpot; mix well.
• Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
