Cow Patties

3 c quick oats

1 stick butter, softened

2 c sugar

½ c milk

¼ c cocoa powder

1 c creamy peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla

• Line counters with silicone mats or waxed paper..

• Put oats in a large mixing bowl; set aside.

• In a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, whisk together the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa.

• Bring the mixture to a boil for about a minute and then remove from heat.

• Whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.

• Pour the peanut butter mixture over oats; stir until combined.

• Drop cookies onto prepared counter using a medium cookie scoop.

• Cool cookies until completely set. Store in refrigerator once cool and dry.
