Whole chicken breast from roasted chicken,
skinned, deboned and finely shredded
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1/4 c red onion, finely diced
1/2 c red seedless grapes, halved or quartered
1/4 c roasted pecans, chopped
1 c Duke’s mayonnaise
1/2 tsp fine kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
Mix together all ingredients except paprika.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve on toast or lettuce leaves.
