Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Serving Size : 2 dozen 

Prep time: 10 mins; Cook time:  10 minutes

2 sticks butter, softened

1 c sugar

1 c brown sugar, packed 

2 lg eggs

1 T vanilla 

3 c flour

1 tsp baking soda 

2 c chocolate chips 

Prep work:

-soften butter

• PH oven 350°.  Line baking sheets with silicone mats; set aside. Set up cooling racks on counter. 

• In stand mixer, cream butter and sugars together, about 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

• Add eggs, one at a time, then add in vanilla.

• Sift flour and baking soda; add to the stand mixer on low until just combined; stir in chocolate chips.

• Using small cookie scoop, bake cookies, 6 on a sheet, for 10-12 mins.
