Cajun Alfredo

Prep time: 45 minutes; Cook time: 15 minutes
1 lb andouille, sliced and grilled
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced and grilled
1 lb lg shrimp, cooked until just done ( “C”’s, not curled up)
1 ½ lbs pappardelle, cooked al dente
6 c heavy cream
3 T Cajun seasoning
1 ½ c Parmesan, shredded
Prep work:
-grill andouille
-grill chicken
-sauté shrimp
-cook pasta al dente
-
Bring cream and seasoning to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer on low 3-4 mins until sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan.
Add meat and pasta; toss gently until well mixed
