Buttermilk Pancakes
Serving Size : 16
Prep time: 5 mins; Cook time: 20 minutes
4 c flour, sifted
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt, heaping
2 T sugar
4 eggs
4 c buttermilk
oil or butter, for cooking
butter and syrup, for serving
Prep:
-sift flour
- Combine sifted flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, eggs and buttermilk; do not overmix. 
- Heat griddle on medium, grease with oil or butter (more for a crispy edge). 
- Drop ¼ c measuring cup onto hot griddle. Once bottom is golden brown and top is no longer bubbling, flip, using large spatula, and brown remaining side. 
- Serve with butter and syrup 
⭐️Can add blueberries, just sprinkle a few on top of each pancake, after first placed on griddle.
⭐️ Keep pancakes warm in 200° oven, while cooking remaining pancakes.
