Beef and Bows


Serving Size : 8

Prep time: 5 minutes; Cook time:  20 mins


2 lb ground beef 

1 T garlic powder 

1 T onion powder 

Cracked pepper, to taste

1 tsp paprika 

2 tsp Italian seasoning 

4 lg mushrooms, chopped 

1 ½ medium onion, chopped 

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 c beef stock 

1 c heavy cream

1 T tomato paste

2 c farfalle pasta (bow tie)

1 c shredded cheese

fresh parsley, chopped


Prep work:

-mince garlic

-chop onion

-chop parsley


  • Brown ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, mushrooms, onion and garlic over medium heat; drain grease. 

  • Add broth, heavy cream, tomato paste and pasta; stir. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook ~10-15 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed. 

  • Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese and mix until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. 

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley; serve.
